Hi, I’m Jillian Husinko— local market lover, process optimizer, and the proud new owner of Pop Up in the Pines.

A longtime supporter of pop-up markets and all things local, I’ve always believed in the magic of a well-curated gathering. In January, I stepped into this dream by purchasing Pop Up in the Pines, a passion project fueled by my love for this incredible town and the community that makes it so special.

By day, I work in Healthcare IT, where I focus on process improvement and creating smooth, meaningful experiences — and I bring that same energy here. My goal is to optimize the experience for our amazing vendors and the patrons who come to explore, discover, and connect.

My husband and I chose Southern Pines as the place to raise our two kids, and we’re grateful every day for this vibrant, welcoming town. Pop Up in the Pines is a reflection of what I love most about this area: local makers, fresh ideas, familiar faces — and that unmistakable feeling of something happening.

Because here, it's more than just a market. It's homemade. It's homegrown.
